We work with homeowners and tenants to ensure that they live in healthy damp and mould free homes. We undertake comprehensive damp surveys to identify hidden moisture problems at their source, protecting your property preserving its value and ensuring a healthier living environment. We can then provide a series of options to deal with the causes of damp and mould and to rectify the core causes of the problem. Where affordability or the impact of the required works is such that the residents cannot proceed with full remedials, we will support with interim solutions and an inspection plan to ensure that homes are healthy and safe to live.
